A CREATIVE THINK-TANK FOR ARCHITECTURE AND BEYOND

Pristina ISC Center

Architecture + Interior design

The project consists of the design, development, and operationalization of the Integrated Service Delivery Centre (ISC) in Prishtina, Kosovo. This project plays a pivotal role in advancing Kosovo’s digital transformation efforts, particularly in the modernization of its public administration—a key priority outlined in the Government’s program. In 2023, alongside the Administrative Burden Reduction Program (ABR), the Government adopted the Kosovo E-Governance Strategy 2023–2025, which sets clear objectives to be achieved over the next five years. These objectives focus on driving comprehensive digital transformation within public administration and enhancing service delivery.
The project provides significant support for the government's broader digital transformation agenda, and  it aims to facilitate a citizen-centered approach to public service delivery.
The design and operationalization of the Integrated Service Delivery Centre (ISC) in Prishtina directly aligns with several national goals, with a particular emphasis on advancing digital transformation. This initiative is well-rooted in the recently adopted e-Government Strategy, which prioritizes the continued digitization and simplification of public services. To achieve these goals, significant efforts will be directed toward improving the interoperability of government systems and platforms, such as e-Kosova, to make public services more streamlined, efficient, and accessible to all citizens.
